Accessibility arrangements at Our Physical Location

We are committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Our office is located in a multi-use building with the following accessibility features:

Wheelchair Access: The building’s main entrance and lobby are fully wheelchair accessible.
Elevator Access: An elevator is available to access our floor. It includes accessibility features such as handrails.
Accessible Washrooms: While our immediate floor does not have an accessible washroom, we provide access to a fully wheelchair-accessible bathroom located on another floor of the building, which we operate in partnership with another business.

We’re happy to accommodate additional needs wherever possible.

If you require specific support before your visit, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Service Animals & Support Persons
Service animals are welcome in all public areas of our office.

If your service animal needs water or other accommodations during your visit, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Support persons are also welcome to accompany you during your appointment.

Please mention this at the time of booking so we can make any necessary arrangements.
