Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2025

 

At Inner Flame Academy, we are committed to offering meaningful and high-quality spiritual services.

 

Because our offerings include time-based appointments, live events, and personalized energy work, our refund policy is designed to protect both your time and ours while remaining fair and transparent.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private Sessions (e.g., Readings, Energy Work):

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or no-fee rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

 

Multi-Session Events or Series:

Refunds for multi-part events or courses will be considered only before the first session begins. Once the series has started, fees are non-refundable.

 

Life Activation Services

Due to the nature and preparation involved in a Life Activation, appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable due to the preparation and energetic work involved.

 

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

It will be issued using the original method of payment.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

 

To request a refund, email us at hello@innerflameacademy.ca with your full name, appointment or event details, and reason for the request.

 

Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis, especially in emergencies or circumstances beyond your control.
