All appointments and event registrations must be made through the booking system provided on our website.

Payment must be received in full before services are delivered unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduled.
