I have to admit, I penny-pinched on some of my baking ingredients this year, and it got me thinking….

Both Flour and Filters Matter

When we bake, we all know that the quality of what goes into the mixing bowl changes the whole experience. Fresh, organic ingredients? You get a richer, more delicious cake. Stale or low-quality flour? That might leave you with something less than appetizing.

In the same way, when we step into the world of energy healing or lightwork, we ourselves become part of the recipe. The light or energy flowing through is pure, like the finest ingredients. But we, as the human “filters,” can bring our own qualities, our clarity, our intentions, and yes, sometimes our own little imperfections, into the final outcome.

You Can Purify Your Flow

Just like baking, the more care we put into “our own ingredients”, our mindset, our self-care, our inner clarity, the more beautifully the lightwork can shine through us. So here’s to being mindful of what we bring to the table because whether it’s a cake or a healing session, the quality of the ingredients always makes the magic.

Clearing the Human Filter

As a light worker in the Lineage of King Salomon, I use daily tools, proven over centuries, to energize and clear my field. I do the deep work of knowing myself ( you might call it shadow work, but it is more encompassing) to clear my own internal filters. I do my best to be sure the flow of energy, in a healing, an activation, a reading or an initiation, is as pure as possible.
